Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CrickMatch Live Scorer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. The App is developed and operated by Meetanshi Technologies LLP ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

CrickMatch Live Scorer is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Score cricket matches in real-time with a professional-grade interface.
• Create and manage teams, players, and tournaments.
• Share live scores with anyone via sharable links.
• View detailed match statistics, scorecards, and player analytics.
• Export match data as PDF scorecards.

3. User Accounts

The App offers Google Sign-In and Guest Login options. By signing in with Google, you authorize us to access your basic Google profile information (name and email) solely for authentication purposes via Firebase. Guest users can use the App without providing any personal information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. You agree not to share your account credentials with others.

4. User-Generated Content

When using the App, you create content such as team names, player names, match data, and scores ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.

You agree not to create User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Contains false or misleading information intended to deceive others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — cricket match scoring and management. You shall not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.

6. Live Score Sharing

The App allows sharing of live match scores via generated links. By sharing a live score link, you acknowledge that the match data contained in that link will be publicly viewable by anyone with access to the link. We are not responsible for how recipients use or further distribute shared score data.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Meetanshi Technologies LLP and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

8. Data Storage and Security

All user data is stored and processed through Google Firebase infrastructure. While we employ industry-standard security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data but will take reasonable steps to protect it.

You may delete your match data and account information at any time through the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meetanshi Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable laws. The updated Terms will be posted here with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
